Cancellation & Refund Policy

Overview

This policy explains how cancellations and adjustments are handled for relocation services booked with Satya Packers & Movers. We aim to keep the process fair and transparent for both the customer and our moving team.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed once the service details, date and charges are mutually agreed. Where an advance is required, it is communicated to you before confirmation.

Cancellation By The Customer

If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, please inform us as early as possible. Requests made well before the scheduled date help us adjust the plan and reduce any inconvenience for both sides.

Adjustments

Where a cancellation is made after work such as packing, loading or transportation has already started, the amount for the portion of work already completed may be adjusted and is generally not refundable.

Rescheduling

In many cases a move can be rescheduled instead of cancelled. We will try to accommodate a new date based on availability and will confirm the revised schedule with you.

Refund Handling

Any eligible refund is processed after deducting charges for work already carried out, materials used or transport arranged. We do not promise a refund in cases where the service was already performed.
